Ostriches

Ostriches are the largest birds in the world. They cannot fly, but they have powerful legs for running and can run very fast across open land. Their wings are used for balance and to help them turn quickly.

An ostrich's eye is bigger than its brain. Ostriches have two large toes on each foot, which helps them run quickly and kick hard if they need to defend themselves.
