Scratch Programming

Scratch is a free coding tool where you snap together coloured blocks to make stories, games and animations. It was created at the MIT Media Lab and is designed for beginners. You do not need to type any code, so it is easy to start.

Scratch shows how programs are built from sequences, loops and decisions. Millions of young people around the world have shared their projects online, which makes Scratch a great place to learn and be creative.
