Parrots

Parrots are colourful birds with curved beaks and strong feet. Many parrots live in tropical forests, where they eat fruit, seeds and nuts. Their beaks are strong enough to crack open tough nuts.

Many parrots are very intelligent and can learn to copy sounds and words. Some parrots can solve puzzles and use simple tools, which shows how clever they can be.
